口角炎や口内炎は胃腸が弱っているサイン！飲み会続きの方は気を付けて！

  腰痛・肩こり・恵比寿・渋谷・中目黒・鍼灸院・整体・マッサージ・マタニティ・美容鍼・美容鍼灸・バストアップ・骨盤調整・産後の骨盤調整・小顔 コスモ治療院（コスモ鍼灸マッサージ治療院） スタッフのつぶやき！ Blogger版 あけましておめでとうございます！スタッフ佐藤です。 コスモ治療院は４日からOPENしておりますが 本日から仕事初めの方が多いようですね(^O^) お休みなんて本当あっという間ですね(笑) またまた仕事に追われる日々がスタートしてしまったわけですが 年末の忘年会、お正月、さらに新年会・・・と 暴飲暴食が続く時期にもなっています。 胃腸の具合が悪い方も増えてきますが お口周りのトラブルも胃腸と関係しています！ 実は私、年末からずっと口角炎になっていました・・。 前々から疲れるとすぐに口内炎が出来てしまっていたのですが 口角炎もなかなか辛かった(;_:) そこで自分自身への戒めの意味も込めて（？） 口角炎についてのブログを書きたいと思います！ 東洋医学的には「消化器は脾と胃に属す」といわれています。 胃腸が弱まると脾と胃が熱を生じ、その熱が口唇を乾かしてしまい（乾燥） 口が切れてしまうという考え方だそうです。 また、口は消化器の始まりなので口唇部の症状は脾胃の障害と捉える場合もあるようです。 もちろん、万病の元といわれているストレスや不眠も原因となっています！ あとはビタミンB2とB6の不足が大きいでしょうね。 これらのビタミンが豊富な食材といえば・・ レバーやハツ、お魚ではマグロ、カツオといったところですかね。 どれも大好きですが毎日食べるのはなかなか難しいですよね(笑) なので日頃からバランス良く食事を摂ることが大切だと思います。 そして口角炎は見た目にも表れてしまうので マスク以外ではなかなか隠せなくて困りましたね・・ 早く治したい！！というときはメンソレータムのメディカルリップがおすすめです！ これを塗ると一晩でかなりの痛みと赤みが引きます！ でも朝、寝ぼけて大あくびするとまたピリッと口角が切れてしまうので あくびにも注意が必要です！笑 ステロイド系の軟膏薬もありますが、患部が固まってしまい目立つそうです(>_<) 女性の方は...
